A three-foot crystal candelabra with a faceted column, four scrolled arms and a raised center light, hurricane glass chimneys, and hanging crystal drops that catch every bit of uplighting in the room. Twelve identical pieces, so a full room of tables matches.

You pick the date. We handle the glass.
Reserve the date
Call or email with your date and venue. A signed agreement and a 50% retainer hold the set. The balance is due two weeks out.
We set up
We arrive during your vendor load-in window, place every candelabra on dressed tables, and set the LED candles. Nothing for your planner or venue staff to lift.
We take down
When the night ends, we return, pack every piece, and clear out. Late teardown after 10 p.m. is available for an added fee.

Delivery is $75 within 25 miles of Cape Coral. Beyond that we add $2 per mile round trip — tell us the venue and we will quote it exactly.

Questions
Before you book.
Do I have to set them up myself?
No, and we ask that you don't. Setup and takedown are included in the $180 fee and are handled by us. The pieces are tall, top-heavy, and fragile, so we are the only ones who move them once they are placed.
Are real candles allowed?
LED tapers come with every candelabra and are included in the price. Real flame is available only with our written approval, and it carries added responsibility for wax, soot, and fire risk. Most venues in the area prefer LED anyway.
What if something breaks during the event?
Tell us right away. Our rental agreement sets a declared value of $175 per candelabra and lists repair charges for arms, crystal strands, and bases. An optional damage waiver of 12% of the rental subtotal covers accidental damage to up to two pieces.
Can I rent fewer than twelve?
Yes. Any number from one to twelve at $40 each. Delivery and setup fees are the same regardless of count, so smaller orders cost more per table.
Can they go outside?
With written approval, on a level hard surface, away from foot traffic. Wind and crystal do not mix — we will move them indoors if conditions turn, and outdoor placement is at the client's risk.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to six months for a Saturday between November and April. There is only one set of twelve, so dates in season go early. Ask anyway if your date is close — cancellations happen.
